Overnight Oatmeal

I love this for breakfast!!!!

The recipe was at the whole foods site...I adapted it a bit...

2 cups rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking)
2 cups almondmilk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine oats, milk, zest and vanilla in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
